I think it's a really good idea that you have such a well planned out schedule. Otherwise you'd end up going crazy in quarantine! If you get the time, would you consider making a follow-along beginner/intermediate stretching routine? I've been trying to improve my flexibility and it's slow going. I've set myself a goal of being able to do middle splits in 6 months but I'd appreciate some advice since I'm pretty far off being able to do it. Also, congratulations of passing 5k Subscribers!!
