What a modern, well trained team... great coaching ethos. I'd like to see Gavin given a professional team sooner rather than later. He's obviously done his licences etc, He's got them promoted, He should get a shot at least a Conference team if not league two. If he'd just get interviewed for a job I bet he'd get it.
