12:53 I grew up in Ghana and I used to love Burkina it’s raw yogurt, millet and sugar. You can find it where ever there’s a large Muslim,Fulani or Hausa/northerner population like Nima or Madina market for example it’s delicious and healthy! And Fura(which I didn’t like as much honestly) spice-infused millet dough ball that is served and eaten like a beverage with milk.

From Wiki: Brukina, also known as Burkina, it's a Senegalese and Ivorian Drink. drink or beverage made of ground millet and pasteurized milk. Brukina is most popularly produced in the Northern regions of Ghana. It is also known as 'Deger'.

Makes me want to come to Ghana for yogurt 😂 Jordan is very smart because WHYYYY are strawberries alone so expensive; you have an up and coming star on your hands 👌🏾 That's so sweet how much Jordan helps 🥰 He said, "Hold on one more time" 😂 I think 4 months is early so that's great; I think 5 or 6 months is the norm. Are you feeding him anything other than milk; it's definitely time for some solid foods; maybe start pureeing some veggies and he'll be full and sleep longer

Jordan is just adorable boy so smart. The older siblings should help with their younger baby siblings. Babies usually starts seating up around 6 months. It depends on the development of the infant. All 3 of my children didn't start sitting until 6 months.

There is red millets too. You can give it to Baba. It’s good for him. And also those porridge they sell it outside in the morning is millet. I don’t know some people mixing it with corn. That is the problem. You need to ask them if they mix it with corn, the good porridge, is in Medina. taxi Runk. The one you going to give it to your baby going to make it by yourself buy it and blend it from scratch.

From researching "food" in general I realize that anything we eat have benefits and side effects. What is good for you can be bad for you depending on if you have health issues. So oats is a good source of fiber. Google millet and it says people with thyroid issues should avoid it. It also says the same thing you said about oats, " millet blocks obsorbtion..." Rule of thumb eat all food in moderation and if you have existing conditions be aware of what will work for you. There is also a quaker gluten free oats

Nothing wrong with rice. Food for thought: the Japanese eat rice as one of their main staples and they have the best life expectancy and the most centenarians in the world. The Mediterranean diet is also considered one of the healthiest in the world again judging by the number of centenarians that live in the area and they consume a lot of bread.

The hard drive is recoverable but it will cost you. Transcend tend to be good and expensive. I wouldn't advice backing to cloud in ghana. Use that money to get extra hard drive and have more than one backup. Your hard drive could be recovered by opening the case and hooking it up to a desktop if that was not done by the repair shop. This option is cheap but more advanced methods are typically done in a lab or a different environment to the place you went.. Once again Internet reliability and cost in ghana makes it a not a smart option. Good luck.

Food addiction: peanut butter and chocolate. I've heard of milet from another KZbinr who is originally from another African country, but not sure I'm giving up my Oats. 3 or 4 months is "normal" for a baby to sit up on his or her own. Jordon is such a blessing.

Hi Rochelle I always enjoy your vlogs. Please do not extract your root canal tooth unless there is a fracture in the tooth. If there is an infection again in the root canal tooth the root canal can be retreated and you will be perfectly fine. We do not extract teeth unless it’s a wisdom tooth or the tooth is fractured and unrestorable. My little advice from working with dentist in the US😊

Night shade veggies(tomatoes, capsicum, egg plants and potatoes) sometimes trigger arthritis in some people. . Some people cannot handle tomatoes cooked but ok when eaten raw and others vice versa. Steel cut oats tend to be better than quicker oats. I think there was a research done in Germany (if I'm right) oats from popular brands are among the top sprayed crops. Glyphosate deposit are found in a lot of people s' urine. The amount is so high it is a concern. This glyphosate(called round up) is sprayed on almost every wheat and most grains world wide. Millet is alkaline forming food and will help with the arthritis. If it is added with the white poison called sugar and eating with puff puff ( fried with omega 6 chemically produced rancid oils), then the alkalinity is reduced.

Your Jordan is so cute you should have got a flat with a garden then Jordan could have grown his own strawberries LOL. Maybe your baby is heaving that’s why he’s a bit more cranky at the moment. And maybe even though it’s going to be a hassle now because you didn’t start off bottlefeeding him, but if you expressed into some bottles created a supply other people can feed him too, so he won’t be as dependent on you. it’s hard on the woman if you exclusively breastfeed. It does kind of create clingy babies. which is fine if you don’t have other stuff to do, and you can devote all your time to your baby. But as you are working looking after two other children, a partner, a newborn and a house it’s way too much.
