Hello, my batch has 45 students, out of which 15 are girls, my senior batch has 11 girls out of 35 students, while my junior batch has 10 girls, the ratio is a bit low in UG but normal in PG and PhD and they are far more in number compared to us, but the college's open environment makes it all normal.

As a female student (from Bangalore) Bareilly is filled with creeps, not safe at alll be it in the night or day, you’ll get the stares. But the campus is a great place, extremely safe. So until you are inside the campus, you need not worry!

@@ishachavan7152 obviously there is separate hostel for girls.. hostel get closed at 10pm so u have to be in hostel till that..as this is obvious no city in india is safe for girls at late night..being a localite i felt extremely safe during day and sometimes i travel during night too I didn’t felt any harassment or any kind of unsafe pattern… although ivri campus as well as city area is safe 🫡

See I am from other state too and I agree with Shreya but the thing is ki ye stares tujhe har jagah milnge thode bhot its on mentality no place is safe but the city is overall good and welcoming and if compared to other vet clgs wo sare more or less outer city mein hai but IVRI is somewhere in middle with good transportation facilities .You will get all your beneficiaries and essential commodities from nearby shops only so no doubt the surrounding is deceloped Now talking abt campus it is very very safe and secure we have guards and policemen protecting us 24*7 They are present in front of each building and patrolling is done very very frequently. So there are mixed ans to your ques.
