Aye man I know this is a late comment but for anyone who is a barber, I’m going to school to be a barber after I graduate but I’m worried about money. I’m very conflicted because I don’t wanna be broke. I’m not expecting to be rich from it but I’m worried about going to school and not going anywhere with it. If someone could give me some advice I would really appreciate it!

I can hear the Friday night lights mixtape in the back. Too dope

I’m tempted to be a barber, it looks like a solid career. Not hard labor, can have a good time at work. The only big major problem is first impressions and the weekend sacrifice but can anyone else fill me in more on how it is being a barber
@the_barber_nate73924 жыл бұрын
Jxrren 723 it’s all about being consistent and patient, as you go through it you build relationships and bonds with your clients which lets them know like damn he chill I’ll come back for sure, but yeah it’s all just hard work a dedication it’s not gon be perfect from the start but if your patient and dedicated then you’ll go through it pretty fast, Ik it’s 4 months later but hopes this helps

It's not his fault for not speaking Spanish. I'm sure he would of loved to speak Spanish but his parents just never taught him and they probs didn't speak Spanish either. However if I was him I would just hangout with Spanish speaking people and just learn from them. 2nd and 3rd generation chicanos need to continue speaking Spanish!

Keep up the good work homie! This is something I've been wanting to do full time for a long time but haven't jumped on it. Seeing this is good motivation to just go and get it.

Never ever put your customer on the spot like that cheated or not. The kid got offended. Next time he docent come you'll no why.
@richmitch23248 жыл бұрын
He's just having fun bro my barber would do that all the time. Once you've been cutting someone for years its all good to bullshit around like that.

Suge Knight it ain't that serious
@isaellvargas7 жыл бұрын
Suge Knight must not go to the same barber all time . If you get cut by the same barber for years you would understand. Your probably one of them kids that gets a fucked up cut every time cause you go to diffrent barbers every time
@bigmarv56566 жыл бұрын
Usually it wouldn't be that serious, just a joke but you can tell that kid felt a bit awkward

It was actually free Nicholas. The school i was going to was a charter high school,and offered it as an elective...and as long as you have your high school diploma you can get it.i think 16 is the age requirement. Thankd for watching tho. Sorry about the long wait. Just seen the comments

We used this video in class to point out hazards, sanitation and how to properly do things working in a barbershop. Unfortunately in this video there are lots of safety hazards such as that loose fan hanging over a client that looks like it could fall at any moment. Improper draping, barbicide not filled correctly and another being super dark indicating that it’s dirty. As well as implement on the surface being dirty and not being placed correctly. Our instructor is also apart of State Board so we were able to gain insight of what is looked at when they inspect shops
