Never be nervous. Nurseries loves having people learning. They pay very low money per hour and in 1 month you will be working just like another level 3 qualified... so never over work just do enough and concentrate more in learning the EYFS once you have that and quickly do your course you can start esrning better money. You all should be doing interview to the managers to see if you like the nursery. You can always look for one where you can see the children well behaved and following a routine. Other ways is going to be stressing. But you dont really have no responsability just make sure children are clean safe and happy. So no nervous needed. I had those nerves but im telling you you are fine. I was a room leader.

@BOO-sy2oz3 жыл бұрын
@@Enlifted the apprenticeship ship will pay off! If ur just 18, the minimum wage is 6 pounds anyway. So you could be doing a job thats 2 pounds more but have no experience at the end of it. The average salary for like a nursery manager is 27k. It’ll pay off - trust the process.

I'm considering changing my career at 40 to child-centred work, as this is an area in demand. I have worked with young people and adult students most of my life, from primary school aged to highschool and adult learners going to college/university. This would be a huge life change. I also have a baby on the way. Toileting does not bother me. As an Administration/Library for schools, I've been very removed from the personal interaction with children: only helping them with processes and using technology.
