Adam is a cool guy, was at a Loudoun United trial with him a couple years ago. He was already on the team but was there training with all of us that were invited to tryout and he was definitely talented and a wise player even as a 17-18 year old center back. Glad to see he is doing well. Great video!

You'll never have the facilities and support system you get at these places. This is the American soccer dream.

I really enjoy seeing how the student-athletes handle themselves with all the stresses. Builds character and responsibility. Both of my boys played D1 sports. My Youngest son played soccer at USAFA. Now you add the military on top of it. Kudos to you and your teammates.

Brutal playing sports at the service academies grew up near naval academy even the football players don’t get off easy I always wondered how the weight restrictions of the military play a factor considering they want you but for sports but military isn’t having that

Go Tigers. If you are excellent at soccer, go to Clemson. IF you are subpar, maybe your team can visit Clemson where you can have the privilege of Adam Lundegard passing the ball between your legs like youre one of the statues at the military heritage plaza. The Clemson bench, the redshirts, hell even many of the mens club team players are good enough to start on any other division 1 team in the nation.

College/university football in the US is a separate football system/pyramid. College teams don’t play against professional clubs unlike Ireland where there are college/university teams that play against professional clubs. College players also don’t get paid by their colleges but they can get sponsorships and give out endorsements like semi-pro players in Germany.
