A Day In The Life Of A FL Workers' Comp Attorney

I’m often asked what a day in the life of a workers’ compensation attorney looks like. Most days are the same with a few changes here and there.
Most of the time I am talking to my clients. I will either call them if there is an update in their case or they may reach out to tell me about a doctor’s appointment, discuss settlement options, or any updates they think might help their case.
I pride myself on my communication with my clients. At a lot of law firms you won’t always get to speak to a lawyer unless it’s something very important. Sometimes you will speak to a member of my staff, but most times you can get a hold of me.
At the Law Office of Brian Tadros I like to explain all of the details of cases to my clients. It may bore them, but they need to know the information.
Occasionally I’ll spend days in mediation, trials, or preparing for trials but more often than not I’m just in my office talking to clients.
In some cases I have to meet with physicians to discuss their recommendations or to get clarification on their opinion about my injured clients.
