The reality is that i do trade, but i don't feel the need to be on the charts 24/7 because i have tradingview alerts set on my watchlist pairs, i've done my planning and i know what i'm looking for in the markets on that particular day. So that's when i'll get on with other goals/projects like Backtesting, Advanced Self Review, Learning, Reading and anything else that i want to work on which you see in the video. It was an inspirational video thanks for sharing your daily forex trading story. I'm hustling for now still to be a better version of self but it been nearly one an half year now trading fx, option, and stocks. It was a good story of a day trader (intraday) but if it was about a scalper, it would have been tough more for him/her as he/she has to stick 70% of day time watching the charts and reading price action, fundamental news reports/events to as much as possible to rack a good amount of successful trades missing no single opportunities. I love day trading style so because you showed us above already in such a beautiful way that how we can have extra time for our other daily human life activities. We can manage time if we are a day trader and that's what I think special about this type of trading style. Good content, keep it up and thanks for sharing cheers!

Hey mate! It does differ from night to night. Sometimes it's around this time, but sometimes its earlier and then ill get more sleep. Sleep is so key so i'm really trying to work on making sure i get enough sleep each day for peak performance. Usually i do get at least 6-7 hours, just turned out that this day filmed in the video was one of the days that i didn't get into bed as early as i would've liked. Always working on it but i agree with you 1000%. Sleep is so key.
