This was very insightful! Thank you for sharing. Are you able to talk through how you handle push back, budget changes, timeline change etc for example, when the designer was thinking the illustrations might take longer, how do you get around that while keeping with the deadline. Can you also ahare what is included in your task list? How do you know what they’d be working on. Thank you
