Hi , I am a hgv class 1driver l have just started with a company and They have said l can go out in the grab vehicle do I need a grab license to Operate it ? They have said that they will give me a couple of days training in the yard .thanks for the video

I noticed you have a orange O license (Restricted) displayed. Im curious to know how you get away with doing muckaways and charging for them when that license is restricted and not for hire or reward and only for carriage of own goods??

Hi mate,once the muckaway is uplifted on to the lorry it becomes the operators property in much the same way as a skip company can use a restricted O licence!

Hi Im thinking of taking my class 2 so i can drive grab.trucks . Is it a good living ?

It’s is like a living you will only get what you put into it. So I would definitely recommend doing your class 2 and probably start on tippers first to get some experience and then move onto attachments when you’re comfortable driving the lorry.
