About the water bottles, it's based off of whether or not you clicked the source block itself or the block behind it to fill up the water bottle that determines if they are bugged.

For alchemy 50, the ease really depends on the auto brewer you make. I set up an auto brewer with a redstone clock found on a KZbin tutorial and put a chain of hoppers and chests linked to 1 brewing stand All I had to do after afking was just shift click in the menu on the final brewing stand

Btw ace you can completely afk alchemy, I built completely afk Redstone auto brewer and got it done in roughly an hour. Granted it took me like 4 hours to design and build it but doing that was more fun than just putting items in the stand

8:37 the reason the water bottles dont have the common tag at the bottom is because you arnt filling the bottles while you are able to see the block the water is on its weird but if you click on the block with the water it makes them normal
