I was privileged to serve in Taiwan. That is not a “Christian Nation”… at all! But the people were warm, receptive, and caring. We taught so many lessons, and got so many referrals that we knew we were being blessed. But I’ve lapsed back into being a night person. In fact, I’m now an astronomer, which requires being a night person.

Interesting..... One of the MAJOR features and purposes of the Book of Mormon is to testify of Jesus and his restored truths. Another major feature of The Book of Mormon is to testify that the Bible is true and the word of God. Why would you have a problem with that?? Doubting is the same thing that sooooo many people did at the time of Jesus, where they argued that HE was ADDING to the Mosaic law and scriptures of the day. Why people today believe that God cannot give us further guidance today through living prophets is astounding. Are we so good that we don't need HIS guidance or so wicked that we don't deserve it?

​@@jadenataylor I know a guy who served a full time mission in switzerland...he went through a deep depression and didn't get help from the church... They just said: Pray... He didn't lose the faith in god but just figured that this church is an enterprize which preachs which preached heresy i do testify that the book of mormon is not true... i as well left the church. feel much stronger now being the church
