My question the amount you estimated 30 to 35 for refurbishment, as you, your partner and father in law all works in your projects so how you calculate the labour and materials cost separately. Why care for investors, why not just buy the property outright if you pay give or take 100 grand at the end of it and get like 20 grand a year from it

Hi Pad, thanks for calling me a Tw@ - creative 👏🏼. In answer to your comment, this property was not mortgageable and requires a large refurb. Granted, some FTB’s may be in a position to buy but the majority won’t be able to. Therefore I’m not really sure how your comment relates. But keen to understand more of your points.
