Mehul, do US universities accept students with 40+ years old to study masters and do USCIS grant visa to such students with 40+ years old?

Yes they accept. I have seen people coming at 45+ yrs. You should have strong reason to come to USA. Bcoz the visa officer often think that you are coming to USA to settle here. If given a strong reason, you will be able to make it here.
