I enjoy watching women go about their everyday lives, particularly women, with a purpose. Best wishes on your academic journey; I myself am a graduate student. Hope to see more fashion content for the professional woman. ☺️

Thank you so much! Good luck with your studies as well. And I definitely hope to have more opportunities to get dressed for casual days and for professional days soon and share the outfits.

Thanks for posting this! My daughter is also a 1L at SLS, so this video gave me a lovely insider's view of her law school life. Really beautiful campus.

@@cicelyalexalife Hi Cicely, I am very interested in getting into law school . You probably get asked all the time what was the optimal prerequisites as far as gpa and lsat? Thanks!
@cicelyalexalife4 жыл бұрын
Stanford is known for taking a (relatively) holistic approach. Their medians for this year have not been released yet, but last year they were 171 and 3.91. It is generally considered good to be at or above the medians, but don’t stop yourself from submitting a strong application to any school just because you are below their median numbers.

Hey! Great video. I’m applying to sls so I’m super excited. Do u mind if I ask what ur stats were?? Like LSAT and gpa
@cicelyalexalife3 жыл бұрын
I appreciate your recognition that some people are not comfortable sharing their stats. I was that annoying girl in high school who wouldn't tell you her ACT or AP scores. And I still kind of am. I don't think stats are helpful on their own. I think places that aggregate them or have them in a way that shows trends are a little better. Like lawschooldata.org or even with more info about the entire app like lawschooladmissions or cycle recaps on Reddit. I have shared mine anonymously like that because it does help people see where they fit overall or with context. I also never want someone with lower stats to think they have no chance or someone with higher stats to think that they're definitely in with other factors being completely different. I am excited for you and I am happy to answer any other questions or help you in any way I can!

@@cicelyalexalife thank you so much for sharing the website. And you’re definitely right a lot of factors besides stats play into it! I’m just soo nervous about the LSAT 😬 Also, make more videos about ur day in law school they’re so fun to watch! Best of luck in ur studies

Thank you! I’m currently trying to decide if I should split law school and study stuff off but I definitely will do more law school specific videos. I won’t tell you not to worry because I know it’s stressful. Good luck on your LSAT!

Hi I have so many questions! Is it possible to contact you privately? Inspired high school student :)
@cicelyalexalife4 жыл бұрын
Hi! I'm always going to suggest the www.reddit.com/r/lawschooladmissions/ subreddit first because there is so much information there as well as admissions counselors, but you can also DM on insta at @cicelyalexa_ This week and the next are a little hectic with finals things, but then we're on break.
