It's good if Ken is building NEW homes and increasing the housing supply. But how many of those 8,355 homes were EXISTING units and thereby deprived hundreds or thousands of individual families from purchasing houses, and locked them out of the housing market? This is partly why we have a housing crisis - corporations are buying up all the single family houses.
