I'm a recently qualified Chartered Accountant from India, what are the odds I can pursue opportunities in Goldman sacchs and how do you suggest I go about doing it?

As you are already qualified you should consider applying for Associate level roles within the Finance Division working in Controllers, Regulatory Reporting, Tax, Treasury etc.
