I can't find the mod name (it may have been made by Scruffy517) but it's actually a "ghost' graphic of the Belasco City PD (where the logo is barely visible). I then added WarDaddy's undercover Emergency Lights from here: beamng.com/resources/realistic-police-lights.15455/ As for opening doors, yes, that's possible using this mod: www.beamng.com/threads/openable-mod.78500/ Hope it helps and thanks for watching!
