Hi What's the difference between management trainee (site management) and graduate management trainee (site manager)?

A graduate will have completed a degree or equivalent first. A management trainee will have most likely finished A-level or equivalent. They also take management trainees from other sectors that might be looking for a career change with some relevant experience.
