78歳の今崎さんは1972年にホットドッグ店を創業し、今年で約50周年。
日本で３番目に美味しいとされる本店のホットドックは子供から大人まで広い世代で愛されています。

yep but people still seem to support big brands multi nation companys that their main goal is profit . Cheap / low quality materials that with a stamp of a big brand the price goes to a 3 digit for a shirt . 仕込み、テーブルや椅子や子供のための三輪車を出して、動物たちにご飯をあげて…見てる途中で涙がどんどん溢れてきて、号泣してしまった。店主さんの温かな優しさに触れたような素敵な動画。常に人や動物のために行動していて尊敬します。びっくりするくらいどんどん世間は値上げしてるのに、店主さんがちょっと心配。絶対に行きます。

I'd been watching about the attacks in Russia and so many hopeless things when KZbin recommended this video. From the beginning I was captivated and was moved by every detail, but when he fed the birds despite being so tired, I simply broke down. 戦後の日本で、懸命に、どれほどの人生を歩んできたのだろうと思います。美味しくて体に優しいものを提供すること。キッチンや道具を大切に扱うこと。楽しい会話をすること。毎日毎日誇りを持ってされている。アップで映るホットドッグが本当に美味しそうです。全然上手く言えないですが、とにかく胸の深いところを打たれました。夢は作るものではないかもしれませんが、私も懸命に生きて、志を持ちたいです。

I know this hardworking man will probably never read these comments, but if he ever does or someone ever gets the chance to read them to him I just wanna say that this video warms my heart. He is a kind, gentle soul who no matter how hard times have gotten, finds the joy in life, something a lot of us have not been able to find. He is a hard worker, working an honest life. If I could travel to go and buy some of his hot dogs I would do so in a heartbeat. Grandpa, may you have all the blessings in this life. You deserve way more than you can imagine. 去年北九州の友人家族とお店に行かせて頂きました、本当に美味しくボリュームが有るホットドッグです。忙しい時でしたが少しお話が出来てめっちゃ嬉しかったです、お人柄が素敵で動画のままです。常連さんも優しくほのぼのした雰囲気が好きです、別店舗も寄らせて頂きましたがそちらも美味しかったです。また来年寄らせて頂きます、毎年の楽しみです。どうかずっとお元気でいて下さい、1人のファンより。

What's not to like? A hard working, gentle, animal loving soul that feeds those that seek him out. He does it for very little profit but seems to enjoy his work. I love that he has dreams for the future. He's a very special dude.
