Things i love about this: -the A+ effort in setting up the camera/s in different angles! Must be tiring to do the walk-setup camera-walk back-film repeat cycle -the educational bits about violin -Olaf's love and dedication for his craft. Musicians are very lucky to have Olaf in their musical journey! -reminder to relax too (prework meditation, skateboard (so cool)) -spotting of a wild Brett @ 8:03

it would be fun to watch you do a new violin build from start to finish a multi-part series would probably be quite popular theres a guy who did one but hes an amature seeing a real pro job would be fascinating and i bet THAT violin would sell for quite a price even as just a KZbin collectible

@rockhard26544 жыл бұрын
@@AskOlaftheViolinmaker im keen to watch it, watching the series made by the amature guy i was telling about was quite informative even though the violin didnt turn out sounding particularly great. he used cherry for the back and sides( looked stunning sounded just ok), but it was intended more as a bluegrass fiddle not as a proper violin, for that purpose a more primitive homemade sound is actually quite fitting. gave it quite a down home back porch kinda vibe, the two tone cherry back and sides with the amber spruce top was a distinctive look too take a look kzbin.info/www/bejne/hoCzn6yAnrSFicU
