Meet Selina Phiri - she's an Area Mechanic operating in Kasungu, Malawi. Selina installs, repairs and maintains water pumps across her district after receiving training and mentoring from Pump Aid. Not only does she ensure safe water access for her neighbours, but she's become financially independent in the process.
