It amazes me how you just know what you know. I guess I was the same way when I had my little shop in Brooklyn (many moons ago). The DC engine, and exhaust are looking very serious. Great work, thanks Rick….. 🌴

Thanks Rick! The efi system isn't really all that bad, just a bunch of sensors and injectors really, and a couple ancillary things.

It's good to see the buggy roll hoops fitted properly, tying into the chassis and not just screwed to the flimsy body! I don't envy you having to sort out all that engine bay spaghetti wiring! And there is still air-con to fit! The cal-look is certainly making good progress - will the interior be "colorful"?

Thanks Robert! Yeah. At least the bottom of the roll bar is attached to something structural! The EFI harness isn't that bad, but definately took a lot of work to get stuff routed to my satisfaction. Especially since I couldn't easily change lengths of wire like when we wire a car. The cal look interior is pretty much black and gray. The glove box door also has the Van Halen thing going on too though to add some fun!

You’re really dialing in your buggy smarts 👍🏻 I’ll bet close up in the sunlight both those Buggies look wow but the red is still my fav 😁 I looks like you have to rethink a Lot of the fi install plumbing and wiring so I assume it’s really not a one kit fit, all custom. I thought you might further along with the Cal Look but didn’t realize you were doing the interior work (forgot). Have a terrific week! 😁👋🏻

Thanks Stew. The buggies look totally unbelievable in the sun! The efi harness was pre-made, but i didn't really like how stuff was routed and I needed it to accommodate where I planned to mount stuff.
