I just want to know one thing i have seen iim mumbai has multiple room types i guess because your room was beautiful while other girl was not for some reason is there any price differentiation or something of that sort in rooms because you both same view but not same room somehow?

No there is no price differentiation, it’s just that some rooms got renovated and some floors have different alignment and cupboard style, just that. Hope that resolves your query!

It is different for students who come through CAT and Gate respectively...Well for category there is only one relaxation which is bacause of less annual income

Well this year and for past 53 years they accepted IE students through GATE only…However the institute is changing #IIMMUMBAI so the next year might see some change, hope that answers your question

@@22dharmateja38 They haven't released the admission criteria, that's why I am telling you. Otherwise I won't have to say :) On a more serious note, all three courses IM, IE, ISEM name will be changed to MBA (*specialization*) and admission to all of them will be through CAT. Since it's an IIM now it will be following the admission process of any other IIM. GATE exam has nothing to do with any IIM in the country, it's restricted to IIT's NIT's and other technical institutes. Hope it clears everything.
