That king jumping on the rocks...that is insane...crazy fish. Those images drive me crazy, gets the blood running xD "I'll put my rod down"...(a couple secs later) "oh KINGIE!! I'm going for the kingie!" and runs back up again for the rod ahahahah Man, the 3m long rod would've made it there in that cast =P Awesome video man, so cool

JE i love your videos.... but can you provide the tackle you use? ie pole length, pole rating for line, line weight and reel size? I get to fish at Rocky Point, Mexico a few times a year, my tackle is always in question for me. you look like you use some pretty heavy gear. Obviously for the Kings you use very heavy gear, but i use 8ft rod rated for 25-30lb line, 6000 series real with 30lb test braid. I am a few years older than you but always struggle with the size of the gear i use for salt water fishing as teh fish are much different for the fight and size. I just figure any insight would help....i do love watching your videos...they always get me excited for fishing
@JEWildsFishing Жыл бұрын
All gear in the description, go have a look through my list and then you will be able to search for the exact specs through the websites. I use all Daiwa gear, it seems to handle all the fishing I do

Great session man, I'm jealous of the amount of action you encountered in this one. Just wondering what length TD zero are you running the first softbait on. I think its your PE2 outfit from the description but wasn't sure about the length. I'd like to get a light softbait rod for the rocks that is long enough to maybe use off the beach and was wondering how long it should be and what models would be good. The Zero looks mint in your hands but I don't know if I would trust myself with it in such a harsh environment haha
@JEWildsFishing Жыл бұрын
Its the 762 model, if you google TD Zero Daiwa NZ then you can see all the different options available through the Daiwa website. Very cool rod, I have done really well with it
