I know this video is older but I’m glad you posted this ! I’m in school and it was so hard to find a job to work with my schedule I got hired for BOH member they gave me a choice but I wanted the job that wouldn’t require me to have to interact a lot with people and I’m sure I can change roles too

hey, just a question, do you get to pick what "station" you handle food in? like there was someone breading, another frying, ect. or do you do them all at once, or?

Giselle Trejo good question, usually there is a rotation. You’d be on a certain station for the first half of your shift and then be on another station for the rest of your shift.

Shake shack isn’t better food wise compared to chick fil a. Chick fil a is always fresh AND they closed Sunday to ensure rest days for employees guaranteed AND it makes their food fresher.
