A couple friends came down to Windsor for a few days and we shot trains around Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. We dedicated one day to the LSRC in Saginaw and met up with a local who showed us around. The LSRC is a prominent Michigan shortline with about 300 miles of track in Central Michigan. Most of their track is ex Pere Marquette and the Saginaw Sub between Saginaw and Flint was the second mainline in North America to have CTC. The trilights are original PM signals from the 1920s. Because this was in the middle of the holidays it was a little slow around the yard but we were able to shoot 2 trains and watched them while they worked the yard. Enjoy!
