That Homage to Loamage is just a normal path, I walk up through there 4 or 5 times a week with my dog.

Ohh no, I never knew that, sorry if I wasn’t meant to be riding that section! 😳

@Jake Brookes Biking No worries dude. The only mountain bikers that annoy me are the one's that fly past without remotely slowing down, giving me minimal time to gather my dog in. I ride up there myself.

Nice riding and commentary, thanks for sharing….you have encouraged me to get out on the bike again in Guisborough woods.

Thank you very much and that’s brilliant! What made you stop riding if you don’t mind me asking? I’m looking forward to my next trip up and finding what else is on offer 😊

@@JakeBrookesBiking About an hour north but rode there recently for first time. Really enjoyed it although the trails I rode definitely hold water!. Plan on returning sometime soon (even if just for the rocky road flapjack in the cafe there). You got any further rides planned? I expect glentress / inners for myself in a couple of months.
@JakeBrookesBiking Жыл бұрын
@@chrisanderson8578 it does seem to hold a fair bit of water unfortunately. Nothing set in stone yet other than a trip to Bike Park wales in March 😁 Which cafe?! I think I should sample this 😂

Loved how on the first trail you say "that was hard" then immediately got up too 100 miles per hour 😁 Great video, impressive riding. Well played.

Thank you very much buddy! It’s a hard section. Looking forward to learning the sections a little more and riding them in the dry 😊 Do you ride here yourself?

@@daftoldmanmtb ohh I see, well I hope the video helps to give you an idea of what’s on offer, and thank you for sharing it! Let me know how you get on when you go, hopefully it’s a little more dry than my trip 😂🙏

Pretty much everything I rode today , it’s my local and a great place to ride, so much choice and really tests you in the wet !

Brilliant, You are very lucky! It’s a fantastic venue. I definitely want to ride here a little more often 😊 What is your favourite section?

@@JakeBrookesBiking I know, love living here ~ tricky question ~ depends on the conditions but Bones (Blackadder ) into Al Kabone is a good run , over the other side , Snaggletooth then over to Goblin !
@JakeBrookesBiking2 жыл бұрын
@@carolineaddison86 the only one I have done there is Al Ka Bone. I’ll have to try the others next time I’m over. Are they just for the dry? Or can they be ridden in the wet?

Easier in the dry for sure 😅tho Goblins ok all year round , msg me next time you’re heading over 👍🏼

Hello buddy 😊 I’m about 35 minutes away. I want to ride here more often and someone to ride with would be great! Drop me a message when your heading up and if I’m free, I’m sure we can sort something out

SOW looks absolutely trashed compared to when it was first built, guessing there's a lack of trail fairy's up guis now?

It seems to have had some work done to it lately from what I see on Facebook? The jumps seems to have been build up a little?
