Moksha and Sara, what a novel idea with the cheerios. I know Angada had fun, and Budda was a wonderful playmate. Not a day goes by that I don't watch your videos. I have hardly started watching this and I'm awe struck at the Orangutan's swimming. I knew they would eventually have to get there(orangs) bc so much of their lives revolves around eating and traveling, basically safety, during the rainy season. Now those Orangutans have to go to Borneo and teach everyone else how to do the back stroke!!!

If you want to open a coconut you need a machete, takes as a couple of quick whacks and you get the outer husk off and then you just slice off the top of the coconut till you have enough room to pop in a straw. Actually coconut water is best when the husk is still soft and green. You just slice off the top and either drink like that or use a straw. Also it's even better if you chill the coconut for a while first. Anywhere in the carribean you can find a street vendor selling coco frio or chilled coconut. Better than a soda or lemonade. When I was a kid I could climb up a palm tree with a machete, cut a few loose and toss them down to my mother or friends lol. Ripe coconut is better for cooking recipes but while it's still green you can stick a long spoon inside and scoop out the tasty soft meat. Hadn't though of any of that in a long time
