If you will start from Noida. It might take 7 hours with 3 Breaks, since it is 300 km

Yes you can get hotels near ashram but very less in numbers. You can get more hotels in Bhowali if you are going from Greater Noida. I would suggest after darshan you book hotel in Nainital. Only 20 km from kainchi dham.
