A Day well spent - HOTEL style கொத்து பரோட்டா BAKERY style Eggless Plum Cake | DIML | USA Tamil VLOG

Tamil VLOG: Day in my life in a holiday season in USA. Watch how my day was spent in purchasing ingredient list for making Plum cake. Visited Sprouts Supermarket for buying all ingredients. Also Walmart, Fred Meyer, Safeway, Whole foods sells such bulk food. For dinner, made home style Kothu Parota with a taste of a restaurant. It reminds me Tamil Nadu hotels/restaurant taste. Followed by dinner, I have prepared the base mix required for baking the Plum cake. After overnight marination, next day I have prepared the mix for cake. Final output after baking was great and tasted well. Finally, we visited a nearby church for holiday cookies and lights. The whole day was well spent with home style food, baking and holiday light visits.

அமெரிக்காவில் ஒரு விடுமுறை காலத்தில் என் வாழ்க்கையில் ஒரு நாள். பிளம் கேக் தயாரிப்பதற்கான பொருட்கள் பட்டியலை வாங்குவதில் எனது நாள் எப்படி கழிந்தது என்று பாருங்கள். அனைத்து பொருட்களையும் வாங்க ஸ்ப்ரூட்ஸ் சூப்பர் மார்க்கெட்டைப் பார்வையிட்டார். இரவு உணவிற்கு, ஒரு உணவகத்தின் சுவையுடன் ஹோம் ஸ்டைலான கொத்து பரோட்டா. இரவு உணவைத் தொடர்ந்து, பிளம் கேக்கைச் சுடுவதற்குத் தேவையான அடிப்படை கலவையைத் தயார் செய்துள்ளேன். ஒரே இரவில் மரினேஷனுக்குப் பிறகு, அடுத்த நாள் நான் கேக்கிற்கான கலவையை தயார் செய்தேன். பேக்கிங்கிற்குப் பிறகு இறுதி வெளியீடு நன்றாகவும் சுவையாகவும் இருந்தது. இறுதியாக, விடுமுறை குக்கீகள் மற்றும் விளக்குகளுக்காக அருகிலுள்ள தேவாலயத்திற்குச் சென்றோம். நாள் முழுவதும் வீட்டு பாணி உணவு, பேக்கிங் மற்றும் விடுமுறை விளக்கு வருகைகளுடன் நன்றாக கழிந்தது.
