Gul Mohammad makes tea along the way and drinks it in the silence and peace of the morning. On the way back, Gul Mohammad loads his donkey with firewood collected during the day to take to his home in the mountains and give it to his wife Shirin Khanum.
In this adventure, we also witness the discovery of a beautiful and large Qar and a beautiful hut in the heart of the mountains, which shows the elegance and beauty of the nature of this area. This video invites you to the peace and beauty of the Zagros mountains and introduces you to the simple but fruitful life of an Iranian shepherd.

Super reportage , voir ces bergers et leur façon de vivre dans ce super environnement, j’ai adoré. Quand je vois ces soi-disant nomades Bakhtiari qui sévissent sur KZbin c’est de la pure folies, des cabanes fait de blocs et ciment au milieu des champs juste pour des tournages, comment les faire passer pour des nomades. Donc je suis heureuse de voir de beaux reportages sur la réalité de leur vie quel plaisir. Cela fait plusieurs années que je m’y intéresse et ne suis jamais déçue. Leur vie est très dure pour ces gens qui doivent se contenter d’un minimum de confort mais grâce à eux les citadins peuvent avoir accès à de très bons produits, les femmes ont beaucoup de travail sans elles les hommes ne seraient rien. Le certificat de naissance de l' animal. Le père et la mère,la date de naissance,le lieu,tout est consigné dans un registre,quand l' animal est vacciné les dates,les contrôles vétérinaires,quand il est abattu dans un abattoir ;cela permet de savoir la provenance,et le boucher qui le vend au détail doit consigné aussi dans un registre. C'est très précis si il y a un problème dans l'élevage l' on peut remonter toute l'histoire de la vie de l' animal

Toutes les productions,les légumes,les fruits,les fleurs,les ruches,les élevages ,poulets,canards, oeufs,poissons ,les surfaces agricoles,les engrais/hectares,les récoltes les rendements les pesticides,tous les actions sont consignés et c'est obligatoire et il y a des sanctions et pénalités et des retraits sur le marché si ce n'est pas conforme aux cahiers des charges ,pour être éleveurs ou cultivateurs on doit passer un diplôme agricole délivrer par le ministère de l' agriculture. Les surfaces d' une ferme doivent correspondre avec le nombres d'animaux ,pour les arbres fruitiers tant d' arbres doivent produire tant de tonnes ,les impôts sont calculés en fonction,si il y a des pertes c'est écrit,des intempéries climatiques ,un agriculteur chez nous doit être au champ ,et au bureau car il y a beaucoup de papiers ,et beaucoup de contrôles ,le travail est très dur et il devient très difficile de vivre convenablement de son labeur

@@Polard123 C'était dans les années 1990 ,il y a plus de trente années,je surveillé le poulinage et j' allait en transhumance en montagne,aujourd'hui j' ai pris ma retraite,quand j' étais adolescente j' ai habiter a 100 km de Shiraz ,mon père travaillé a la construction d'un barrage,et toute ma famille été venue le rejoindre , j' aime votre magnifique pays,pour son histoire la Perse ,son hospitalité,ses femmes belles et courageuses,les enfants qui suivent leur parents nomades,votre cuisine et votre pain que je n' oublierai jamais ,je suis nostalgique quand je regarde des reportages sur la Culture des Iraniens et iraniennes. C'est normal les plus belles années sont derrière moi ,je vais continuer à suivre votre chaîne et liker bonne journée à vous
