Exactly there is only so many products that you can try; most of the time they work other times you will break out as you being wearing a mask or been under stress or maybe not drank enough water. Love that Molly is straight-talking about the issue as we never always have perfect looking skin.

Just for those interested, Protein powder isn’t going to help you lose weight. A calorie deficit will. BCAA’s are Branch Chain Amino Acids - another form of protein that your body can’t naturally make. These also are NOT used for losing weight. The only thing that will make you lose weight is a... calorie deficit. If you use protein shakes as a meal replacement, this can help you reduce your calorie intake, just make sure you know much many kcal is in your shake. But be careful, you will not get all the nutrients from these shakes that you would from real food, so only use these sparingly. If you are having enough protein in your diet, which 95% of normal people are, BCAA’s are COMPLETELY pointless. Water will also not help you lose weight, it’s not negative calories, it might just fill you up a bit more so you are less likely to snack or eat bigger meals. One word of advice is track your meals completely on a app. Then track your activity, most people will be complete surprised with how little calories you burn during exercise and how much is in food. Hope this helped a few people.
