90 percent difficulty on normal tracks and since plate tracks have underfunded team realistically in the front, put 85 percent for plate races.

If you have problem with crash exiting paint booth, i found on NASCAR 15 (that is basically the same as 14) that it was Nvidia GeForce overlay that was causing it. I put it off and never had other crashing issues with paint booth :)

An idea would be have a high difficulty, your choice, and use set ups, to a degree because I remember some being broken af, but no purpose wrecks. However, you have to create a wheel that you spin to dictate which new car part you can add to the car. If you complete a certain objective you keep that upgrade, but if you fail that objective you have to downgrade the car a set amount. Much like the contracts from the heat games but now there is a downside to failing. Just an idea, GLHF
