The one he has is actually for cold weather, below 32F. Discontinued. Very googleable not sure why he was acting like it was some lost artifact lol.

From Franklin's website: "These official size 2 5/8" street hockey balls are designed with our anti-gravity system to ensure minimal bouncing to keep the ball on the ground to mimic the feel and gameplay of traditional ice hockey."

It's an odd name. Really, it's an anti-anti-gravity system :)

Can confirm these are great for street hockey. The momentum of the water inside counteracts the bounce off your stick.

The gravity ball says "active gravity" on it, which i assume means its ball designed specifically not to bounce.

The Franklin AGS ball is a training tool designed to improve hand-eye coordination, reflexes, and overall athletic performance, particularly in sports like baseball and softball. The "AGS" stands for Anti-Gravity System, which refers to its unique design. This ball is made with a high-grip cover and irregular bounce characteristics, which make it unpredictable when it hits the ground. Features: Irregular Bounce: The ball's core is weighted and designed to make unpredictable movements, challenging players to react quickly. Durable Material: Made with a high-durability cover for long-term use on various surfaces. Portable: Small and lightweight, making it easy to carry around for training sessions. Multi-Sport Utility: Useful for improving skills in sports like baseball, softball, tennis, and even cricket. How to Use: Solo Practice: Throw the ball against a wall and practice catching it as it bounces unpredictably. Partner Drills: Play catch with a partner to simulate real-game scenarios requiring quick reactions. Field Drills: Use it on different surfaces to mimic real-life bounce scenarios in sports. This tool is excellent for athletes of all ages looking to sharpen their reflexes and focus. Let me know if you’d like tips on specific drills or where to find one!
