Thanks to your videos, I bought my own FS22 for Xbox One. Especially, I found from modhub one FiatAgri 4WD tractor, not the exact one, but close enough to remind me of my grandfather who passed away, a FiatAgri 80-90. He had that tractor, and sometimes as a little boy, I joined with him to cultivate some fields he had (I guess?). Memories.

I know you said you'd role-play and only take $500 for the job but honestly the $2000 thr game was offering is actually more appropriate of a pay out for that job since it's 19 trees my buddy has a tree trimming and removal business and he has charged more for just one tree depending on its size

Loving this map myself with my first Rags to Riches series. Nice start here my friend. If your in the neighborhood, you can pickup some donuts from my donut shop down by the boat yard. I recently bought plot 18 and building a small farm as well. My luck is getting better because it started off pretty rough when my tour bus blew up... LOL. I wanted to mention that the fast fuel usage setting is actually pretty unrealistic for per hour in game use, I've noticed that the normal setting is actually pretty fair per hour usage, but sometime I like to switch between the 2 like when I'm using a smaller tractor to pull an implement that is very close to peak power use or possibly even over and that kinda feels right to me as well, it would be fair if you content creator's maybe did the same sometimes as far as a roleplay aspect being involved, so yeah just my 2 sense, I'm very excited to see where this series goes been waiting for you to do some silverrun episodes...

Felling 19 trees for 500bucks isn't even close to real life time vs value lol, maybe like 500per tree depending on equipment needed and crew but since it's just you and a chainsaw I'll let it slide haha, I've done tons of arborist work and believe me when felling a tree for city contracts or residential it's expensive and never a 1 man job, practical crew is at least 4, 1 guy in tree, 1 buck providing any service or request for guy in tree, and 2 ground workers either cleaning area or cutting up felled chunks and loading chipper, trailer, or dump haul, if I were to fell a tree myself for a neighbor or some other customer my bottom dollar for any tree just to be dropped and nothing else is 200bucks, if I have to limb it chunk it and haul it it costs 50bucks extra for every hour or 100bucks a ton depending on negotiated agreement with customer, anywho just sharing a bit of knowledge you play your way I was only wanting to giving you a hard time lol...

Silverrun - isn't that a settlement in Skyrim? This is such a good job! We have a Waffle Hut, down the road, in Newmarket ( where the horse races are). This in England, btw.
