A Defense Line That Stopped The Operation Tannenbaum

Operation Tannenbaum, known earlier as Operation Grün, was a planned invasion of Switzerland and Liechtenstein by the Axis Powers during World War II.
For reasons that are still uncertain, Hitler never ordered the invasion.
One reason for sure was the heavy defense line at the river Rhein.
Today, and tomorrow, we're visiting one of the strongholds of that line,
and unveil a hidden bunker!

I’m glad to see that they still exist and they were not destroyed, these need to stick around for a long time to remind people of what happened. Too bad some punk ass kids tagged it. I hate that shit. Bunker number two rocks, that is some awesome camouflage. Your step two is one of my go to’s. It’s like a meal you can drink… You picked a great place to pitch that tent, that was definitely risky. Glad you made it through the night and you weren’t captured by the radio. 😂😂

@@chrishodges6259 Yes, that radio is really a peculiar, but effective way to guard one's property. Especially when it's done this way with a timer. Here on the country side the kids still are being raised to respect and learn from the past. They also have healthy hobbies like alpine skiing, hiking, climbing, and sawdust wrestling
