I have done egg retrieval 3 times already. Did all the diet on the first one. Gluten free, dairy free, soy free and sugar free. Lost so much weight and I was stressing on the daily on what to eat. That we only collected 3 eggs and none survived the blastocyst stage. Did it again the second time but this time didn’t follow any diet, I was much happier and didn’t stress at all. Collected 10 eggs and 2 embryos survived. My point is the diet probably work to some but not for everybody. My only advice is not to think about it too much and don’t stress about it too much. We started replacing all our seed oils 2 months ago - replaced it with coconut oil or avocado oil and a lot of olive oil for salads. We took our carbs and sweets as well, if we do crave for sweets, I use monk fruit (without the erythriol).

i heard gluthathione infusion helps with fertility. alot of people i know who were having trouble with fertility were able to get pregnant after doing rounds of gluthathione infusions. just something to think about since it detoxify the body.

SWEETS, SUGARY FOOD/DRINKS, PROCESSED FOOD AND FAST FOODS are killers. And unfortunately we’re used to eating these in the Philippines! SInce I moved to australia, my choices of food changed my life. In here, there are many healthy options and I never forget to check labels when I do grocery. Always check calories, sugar and fat!

Vern, I know you are excited to get preggy and I hope it will be soon na. But request ko sana soon before preggy, gawa kayo ni Ben ng vlog na “parent for a day”. You can ask your friend or relative na may infant na kayo ang magtake over for a day na maging parent for their baby. Change diaper, feed the baby, put the baby to sleep.. I am sure it will be a nice vlog Hehe. And also a good experience to have before actually having your own. Sana gawa kayo 🤞
