You are absolutely right Will! I have been trying different style of pairings in my first year. My seniority has moved up to 47% just in a year due to high turn over. I plan to go back to school next January to December so I am playing to bid all turnaround flights in order to attend the school at night. Thanks for sharing and I am always happy to watch your videos.

Probably not. I'm very particular when it comes to turns unless I'm working with friends or people I know. I think we are roughly above 500 FAs! Have a great week
