So sorry, I think he's made of risen, and if you find the pieces of his elbow in the box then it probably happened on the way there, if no pieces inside the box, then she sent him like that more likely. That is so sad, let's make lemonade and enjoy him, put a bandaid over it and call it a boo-boo, he's still adorable...Enjoy the rest of your day!❤

I am so sorry he came to you like that. So wrong of her to send a doll like that. It is that hard vinyl but I cannot believe that you should get your money back. You really have to be careful as he was not even wrapped well. I could just cry for you. You should let Mercari know and they will make sure you get your money back or she will just keep selling dolls like this.
