I’ve always wondered with the danger of stomach acid bursting the drugs, they could have take ppi (proton pump inhibitor) which literally stops your acid secretion down to 1%. I have chronic acid reflux so am on that meds and often times wondered why drug mules didn’t used that method..

He is a doctor, but to be an eye doctor, you don't go through general surgery, just go straight form medical school into ophthalmology residence, So in reality you have never performed laparotomies as surgeon. Its very different, Its different to know about it, and read about is, than doing it and talking out of experience. I am a General Surgeon and a Cardiothoracic surgeon, on top of also being a trauma surgeon. I have taken care of this paitents directly, this guy has NOT. You can watch the VICE vido called the Guardian Angel of Guatemala, that's me and I do deal with this first hand

He is a consultant in aviation medicine and is head of the centerfuge in the UK. He was recently the specialist Dr for the defence in the Shoreham plane crash. Don't know if you heard about it? It was a jet plane crash in a air display in the UK a couple of years ago.i think it was 9ppl who were killed. It was a big deal here but it made international news too. He spoke in court in defence of the pilot. The pilot was found not guilty and is a free man... I don't know why I told u all this, just you were talking about your job and I kinda went off on one! Sorry! If you are interested though there are loads of videos on KZbin, was a really interesting case....

Was gonna become a pharmacy tech until i realized they keep 100%pure synthetic cocaine on hand. As it is used in the medical field, i believe as a anesthetic (Not sure tho) I don't trust myself and know after years and building trust in my workplace, idk if i could hold off on the temptation to smuggle it and sell it. Closest drugs would be other local anaesthetics of that class like lidocaine, benzocaine etc but they lack the high

The doctor either did not see Pulp Fiction or possibly doesn’t know much about toxicology.... Uma Thurman’s character is shown having the classic cardiovascular collapse given by the sudden shift from a strong stimulant (cocaine) in the system to a strong “downer” pushing the opposite effect like heroin/opiates. In that scene she had done coke all night and once home she thinks “Vincent Vega’s” baggie of powder contains more cocaine instead it containes a very strong heroin sometimes called “china white” that he perviously bought for himself...when she proceeds to snort it she doesn’t OD on coke but collapses on the upper/downer cardio stress.
