The baby when needing to be given a bottle should be placed on Fatimas lap to feed him. There is no reason why she could not do this. Layla you need to give up the control of the household and allow/insist that Fatima do certainly things. She could be rolled up the counter and help prep meals.

I feel sorry for saladin after hearing the doctor's advice to admit fatima to the hospital, first thing how will he meet out the expenses, secondly who will be with her in the hospital, thirdly who will take care of the children in the deserted place, from what I understand from the conversation between doctor and Saladin Fatima had deep vein thrombosis following her confinement (delivery), definitely she would have had severe intolerable pain in the leg,but usually gets resolved by giving complete bed rest under doctor 's supervision and medication like heparin,if she is not responding to the treatment she has the chances of going for pulmonary embolism which is almost a grave problem,so many days she was in the hospital embolism didn't dissolve is it?,and the doctors discharged her as such?it is a different kind of pain,if it still persists Fathima must be screaming more than what Adel is doing,...... what is happening?!

Ajude Fátima a movimentar as pernas mesmo na cadeira de rodas, faça exercícios levantando, massagem, ajude ela a levantar e senta pelo menos 3 vezes na cadeira ou cama (exercício tipo agachamento). Não deixe Ásia no celular que prejudicar ainda mais os olhos, e ajudem Layla com um celular para se comunicar com a família dela, com Saladino quando ele sair para longe. Não de leite ao bebê deitado e né o balance quando termina de se alimentar com leite, nem deixe ele deitado o dia todo, já era pro bebê está com o corpo durinho. Ps: não é crítica negativa e sim construtiva com intenção de ajudá-los ainda MAIS+++

O problema também é que ela quando estava grávida pegada muito peso, descia e subia aquelas montanhas, e essas coisas causa trombose, rompe veias, acaba com o útero, e até mesmo Layla fazendo trabalhos pesados, andando naquelas montanhas pode ter trombose, problema no útero, e os Homens também ficam com a saúde prejudicada

Fatimha should be sent back to hospital. Hopefully she will recover. To ease her boredom and the children's yearning for her, Saladin can bring them to see her but not in the hospital room. Maybe Fatimah can be wheeled out to meet at the cafeteria so that the whole family can gather. Not everyday but may e 2 or 3 times a week.

Leila is 13 years of age. Please do not refer to her as a woman. She is a child. Although she has had to take on a lot of responsibilities in helping out the family, she is still a child. She is wonderful and I cannot say enough good about her, and must protect her by this screen, she is still a child and we should try to preserve that as long as possible. Saladin to help Fatima recover for a start let her put her both feet on the floor while sitting down and move them up and down (toes/ankle) pushing wheelchair will not do good. She has to do it all the time after her pain killer medication. No exercise or movement will be more complication.

It is time to have a break, because having to push Fatima around in the wheelchair was really difficult for me to watch! Essa menina Leila é muito novinha pra ficar com tantas responsabilidades,empurrar cadeira de rodas...😢ela vai dar um mal jeito na coluna dela..a senhora podia andar devagar ...e fazer a alimentação de vez em quando erga a perna...mas não pode ficar assim na cadeira não só vai piorar o caso...vai dar uma trombose daí sim vai complicar...ela tem que sentar andar devagarinho ..várias vezes por dia ...movimentar a perna...

I wrote a comment yesterday about her 2 conditions, bloodclots and post partum depression not being treated appropriately,,,and wow,, today's episode is about a visit from the doctors,,,now i realize and everyone should we do not see everything in their lives as we get an edited version and much is left out due to time constraints,,,but i was not surprised when the drs mentioned to saladin the risk or his thought of fatima having pulmonary embolism,,which is what i wanted to express when i said " not being treated appropriately",,,i don't think saladin realizes the seriousness of his wife illness,,but yet i have compassion for him ,,but as a medical provider in my brain i see a blood clot floating thru the circulation and clogging the works, and well,,,hate to be so descriptive and honest,,soneone needs to explain to him what can really happen if she is not treated right,,and also she is probably depressed also from the bloodclots,,,and not having a normal childbirth and thinking everything would be fine,,,she needs and the whole family needs psychological counseling,,but i don't know if they have that there,,,it is a sad situation,,,the two drs should have realized that as the one said he was giving her a sedative and she didn't question it at all,,they didn't go into farther detail about it,,they the drs could have offered psych counseling, instead of spending much time on asia eyes,,she is being seen by a specialist,,i could go,,,,,,

I noticed that Fatima is constantly rubbing her left leg. That is probably the leg that is hurting. We know that everybody wants Fatima with the family, but you should do what is the best for her. If the doctors think she should go back to the hospital, you may need to consider that. 🙏❤️🕊

No entiendo porque la caminan en la silla de euedas ? Si lo que ella necesita es tratar de caminar para que le sircule la sangre en su pierna ...fue la recomendacimes del Dr por Dios no esta invalidad ni muda ni ha perdido el habla. No la traten hasi demle la chansa de moverse y de hacer las cosas por ella misma .. Alludenle a pararse y tambien cuando se tenga que bañar pero denle algo que hacer. Que ella se sienta util puede darle de comer al bebé y peinar a la miña contribuir en las cosas diarias ...

Acho que a Fátima pode sentar na cama e fazer exercícios com os pés para frente e para trás,para os lados também. Comprem uma bolinha para ela ficar massageando os pés,ajuda na circulação. Faça caminhada leve em um horário que não tenha sol forte. Não pode é ficar parada.

Die Mutter der Kinder sollte unbedingt immerzu Kontakt zum Baby haben , es ist sehr wichtig für die Entwicklung des Kindes . Aber auch die Mutter sollte in der Familie integriert werden der Kontakt zu den Kindern muss eng mit der Mutter verbunden bleiben. Es hilft ihre Deprimierende Situation zu verbessern. Mr. Operator, please have Saladin make Fatima follow the doctor’s orders to stand and walk. She has gotten used to doing nothing, and needs to be pushed. I can not understand the doctor’s “examination”. He did not even look at Fatima’s leg!! As far as going back to the hospital, WHY?? She was there for 3 MONTHS, and she was worse when she came out than when she went in. Mr. Operator, please have them give Saladin a specific plan of what they will do to get Fatima better if she goes back to the hospital. As I have been saying, SURGICALLY remove the blood clots!! Then her leg can heal, and the fear of a pulmonary embolism will be gone (or greatly diminished). I can not see any good that came from the time Fatima was in the hospital. Her leg is just as bad, she was in a depressed state, and her children were denied access to her. That is not going to be a recipe for recovery. They need to do surgery and get the blood clots removed! Thank you Mr. Operator for taking the empty bottle from Kian’s mouth. Asia and Leila do not know enough about taking care of a baby to do this.

Saladin, talk to Fatima get her involved in the family decisions, make her understad that her right leg is good she should use it. Saladin make Fatima feel that she is loved and you love her❤❤❤. She will get better quickly, you need to decipline your twins Kanush moves from where he was sitting and digs into one of the plates and start eating stuff. Saladin keep on calling one of the kid and he does not hear while you are walking Fatima. These kids are out of hands, they can't keep them self still. Hope you will work on it.

Leila needs to go home to her family and be a young teen like she is supposed to be. She cannot be there forever. Sideline needs to step up and confront his wife and she needs to be pushed to do more. She has pain in her left leg all the time. Well there are many that have pain all the time. I have lower back pain all the time from an injury but it doesn’t mean I needs to go to the hospital and lay in bed all day and be treated like an invalid. Adele needs to go home to his own family. If Fatima goes back to the hospital she will never ever get better! Saledine let Leila go home and Adel and this will forced Fatima to get better..noticewhen the camera goes on her she rubs her leg if the camera is on someone else and you can see her in the corner of the picture she is not rubbing her leg.

Pendant la visite médicale Saladin se met en vedette, parle sans arrêt à la place de sa femme, caresse les enfants et leur accorde toute l'attention, la caméra est là et il ne l'oublie pas... et pendant ce temps Fatima est complètement oubliée, personne ne lui demande son avis, elle a juste droit à une piqure pour le scénario. en parlant aux médecins dehors il a toujours un enfant sur les bras pour l'image d'un bon père de famille, de préférence le jumeau mince, celui qui crie dans arrêt et ne comprend rien.
