Awesome! It appears to me that we need more people who care! Each step appears to be in the right direction. Change is slow, but it is progress!! And they are so worth it!!

I liked the way this documentary started out with the negatives of one facility and then the transition into speaking of positives with the permanent lock down of Oak Hill and then the opening of New Beginnings and what it has to offer. Great interviewees and the lighting on Samantha looks just right. Must have been hard finding the right exposure with someone with dark complexion. Nice job. I have been working on a documentary myself with a classmate on non-traditional aged students coming back to school to earn a degree or finish what they started.

Stephanie Becerra when people regularly film humans with high melanin or a darker hue.... It's really simple. Hopefully you will get plenty of practice one day.

I need help understanding. If the Capital Guardian Youth Challenge Academy is at the location where Oak Hill used to be, then is the New Beginnings Youth Development Center where Cedar Knoll used to be? I am having a really hard time finding Cedar Knoll's old address and comparing it to where the NBYDC building is.

@@mannyistheman2221 It's still there it's called YSC. Haven't been since 2015 im 28 now. I been there a few times , I caught my first charge at 16 and been on juvenile probation twice...i didn't get off juvenile probation the 2nd time till I was 19. YSC was fun to me. All the females was nice and cool towards me. I remember we use to play volleyball with one of the male units at the gym. The food was extremely good they gave us home cooked meals.

When meth is dropped in certain communities community at extremely low cost and people start selling and using it due to lack of jobs, you will see what it's like. I once had difficulty feeling compassion regarding the overdoses in suburbia. Some people pretend to be oblivious to the fact that black market capitalism targets the youth and the underclass. There are drugs everywhere but the consequences for certain communities are more severe than others. Personal responsibility is difficult for many teens to display. Inner-city kids face very severe consequences for having lapses in judgement that are the Hallmark of adolescent life. The odds they face are steep, and the environment they live in is deadly. If you think that these conditions won't spread...just wait.

So all they've done is gentrification and made it too expensive for residents like you see in this video to even afford to live in the city

Your not going to stop crime by kidnapping kids and putting them in juvenile centers.

Thank you switch criminal is now the president of the juvenile court system? That's right this criminal right here Judge Anthony Capizzi, Judge Nick Kuntz, and all actors acting under their direction and Oath of Office in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division acted with full judicial cognizance that they were committing multiple felonies while acting in Executive, ministerial duties during case number JC96-5878, producing official documents requiring recording with public office , as incomplete written instrument. Any alleged order unsigned by a clerk and not entered is void, a forgery under 28 USC sec 1691 all writs from courts must have a judicial signature and under CPLR 5016 all money judgments must be signed and entered by a clerk. FCA 460 requires signature and entry with clerk, therefore all orders of JC96-5878 are forgeries. When I addressed the Court about this error, instead of corrective orders, a hearing was had without my presence or knowledge where the attorney for the Montgomery County Child Support Enforcement Agency drop the case. The Court had given Mary Kay Trower free legal aid garnering orders of support and garnishment even though she was on record as an unfit mother who never had legal custody. Unbeknownst to me due to the questionable notification process, the garnishment was in effect for sixteen years. The persons in this felony criminal complaint have all knowingly colluded to deprive the me of protected rights and property issuing a false certificate, a person is guilty of issuing a false certificate when being a public servant authorized by law to make or issue official certificates or other official written instruments which are court orders also complaints with the intent to defraud deceive or injure another person he issues such an instrument or makes the same with the intent that it be used knowing that it contains a false statement or false information official misconduct he commits an act relating to his official office but constituting an unauthorized exercise of his official functions knowing that such act is unauthorized or he knowingly refrains from performing a duty which is he is required by law to perform . I, Donald Lee Faulkner, swear under the penalties for perjury, that everything alleged in this complaint to be the absolute truth. Signed March 22, 2018_____________________ Donald Lee Faulkner
