A Don's Daily Routine 🧤 | Extra insight from Alex Bass 🟡🔵

From diving around as a kid in the mud to making saves with his head as an adult, Alex Bass has always been destined to be a goalkeeper.
Keeping the ball out of the back of the net is the aim of the game for our shot stopper and it’s a task that he’s taking to with plenty of enthusiasm as he gave us a glimpse into his daily routine.
From the commute into training from his home on Plough Lane to the finger tip saves in training, every activity on a Friday goes into preparing for the 90 minutes to come on a Saturday.
Whilst giving us an insight Alex also provided his thoughts on various topics within the beautiful game, such as the use of social media, the pressures of being a goalkeeper and the adjustments to making a move to a new club.

When I was a tad younger I would love to have a goalkeeper training session, with pros.................................. I was only Sunday League Class, only just at that, would have been fun though to to take part and see it done. COYD.
