You did a wonderful job saving this piece from the landfill, and it looks beautiful. I personally would have liked to see more of the original features kept, but excellent work.

Very cool!!! I really like the art deco transformations. The richness of color and shapes, created by what seems to almost be a lost art in affordable furniture.

I love these, i love your research about the pieces. Keep them coming, you are going to go big my friend. I need to find that better niche for myself, it took me 2 years to get to 1.4 k subs, you have accomplished that in under 2 months. You make your pieces fabulous and highly desirable!!!!

I love Donald Deskey! Toured Radio City Music Hall about 18 years ago. I've always thought art deco was so elegant, unlike "midcentury modern". Geez, I was wondering how you were going to color in the Bondo, but turned out gorgeous. Vanities just aren't wanted these days, so a great conversion to nightstands. Would have loved to see how you colored in the woodgrain and not just the base color. I don't see how refinishers can get along without using a proper spray rig. Get you all set up for about $400 with an air compressor and gun.

Amazing - I haven't seen Radio City in person. We've considered a spray gun, and will revisit the idea, thanks!

@@ArtDecoFurniture I use a $17 spray gun from Harbor Freight and replace it whenever it stops functioning properly, which is every 6 months to a year.

Well, whether or not you like something is very subjective. No need to be a troll about it though.
