Update: I adopted Arrow and he and his mate Rose were a four star match, they ended up having six pups! Two girls and four boys! He decided to name the two girls after his other two sisters that did not survive: Daisy and Bluebell. The boys names are Onyx, Timber, Hunter, and Rebel. So far they are pretty stubborn pups who seemed to inherit that mischievousness of previous generations. Even with high affinity they don't listen and even walk out of the den frequently! Arrow is determined to keep them safe, and his territory is close to what Parsley's was. He even found the original den Meadow first gave birth to them before it flooded.

The beartooth 26M has the ”little dot” coat from the DLC pack and the “cool coats” section. But unless Demeter counts as a gray coat (I do think she has kk) they won’t have that many puppies.

Pupdate on Demeter, Chase and their pups. Loona, Maple, Ivy, Hooch, Rex and Dipper (I think) are doing well, Loona nearly got eaten by a coyote TWICE. She is the runt of the litter but her big sister Maple seems to be really protective of her.

I honestly liked the Beartooth male the most. I felt like he was playful but a little more cautious and shy. He could have had a tragic past too, that could explain why he might be so “aware” of his surroundings. I wish more people liked him ❤️ Demeter may be extremely playful but sometimes you might need someone to balance you out ^-^

Update on Artemis xD she didn't like the other mate, he refused to hunt with her, but she stumbled across the Beartooth that Demeter rejected haha, and she started the courtship, (he is so freaking cute!) He's a extremely good hunter, and very friendly, a little lazy tho haha. We will see... Edit: Artemis has made him her mate, and is heading to Slough Creek with him!!! They are working on picking territory, she is traveling around finding the best place.

My idea of this MAYBE mates backstory! As a pup he was always the most playful, taking no cation, even when there were attacks on him and his siblings. He didn’t ever want to leave his pack, more interested in staying with his family and their next litter. But one day, he was a little risky with a bear. He told his sister he was sure he could chase it down to the river, rolling his eyes at her worry. In turn, he tried to chase the bear, but took a hard slash, leaving him incredibly wounded. His sister had no choice but to leave him to die. Before he died however, he was spotted by a human on a hike, who called wolf researchers instantly. He was taken in, and life was saved by the vets. Now he has been released, but will always be a little jumpy. He wasn’t welcomed back into his pack for the scent of human on him, and his show of foolishness. He is now a dispersal wolf, desperately hoping to find a wolf to bring his playful side out once more.

Seri, you have to convince them to court you before they start getting playful. (if they are playful) And seri, you can tell if your mate is hungry on the pack info tab. Tho I do agree with your choice to end that first courtship! He seemed to be playful, but he was lazy. And Demeter does NOT seem to be the wolf to tolerate a lazy mate 😂 he seemed to be lazy, in the middle of social and loner, and I'd say maybe a little bold. The second mate seems perfect! I wouldn't choose him myself because of the genetics, but I don't roleplay as much in my head when I play. But he seems energetic, social, and cautious. He seems like a perfect match for Demeter! Cause while Demeter isn't exactly cautious, she does run fairly often and that second wolf would probably go with her more willingly. And I feel like she'd help bring him out of his shell! While it's okay to be cautious, it seems like there's more to his shy side besides just being a cautious wolf. (Plus his coloring is super cool! I really liked the first wolf's coloring, but the new one is so much better)

The sad thing is that the three star wolf has one of the rare coats that only NPC wolves could have and it would've been so cool if he and Demeter were mates since I wanted to see if their pups would inherit the same coat.
