Don't normally post on youtube, but wanted to say was nice to meet you guys and let you know I found your channel. I was the one at the top of rock n roll at 9:13 that followed you and Rich down and then rode the lift up with you. The entire day was a blast and was good chatting with you guys on the lift. If I am ever in your area of Indiana I will try to track down that griffin bike park you guys are working on. Good luck with the channel and keep riding!

I'm glad I looked this place up. People have been driving 3 to 6 hrs to this place. Even called before arriving and the park said they're open but even time someone shows up it's closed.

Place it actually very fun to ride at. I believe they post on their Facebook 8f they are closed due to weather but the 2nd time I went they did not decide to be open until that morning because of rain....

A ski lift in a Downhill bike park, I do recall some of the ski resorts closing up in the 1990's, there are many bike parks with various terrain trails in the Country.

Sadly it seems like more have closed lately.... It is pretty nice to finally have on in Illinois! Never thought I'd see it happen.

@chickensendies Well, I guess it is a good part of GLOBAL warming, when I was a teenager in the 80's, there use to be a lot of snow ❄️ out that way, now in the mountains ⛰️ of Virginia, a lot more Downhill Bike Parks and less ski resorts for skiing ⛷️ or Snow ❄️ Tubing.

@megashovelmanam1517 pretty wild isn't it..... I feel like in the 90s as a kid we would get so much snow in IL.... Now winter is almost nonexistent with snow here.... I'd love another white Christmas someday for my girls.

Silver Lake in Wisconsin is supposed to have some fun trails. I usually hit Minooka and it's really a great mix.

Doable on a fully rigid setup tubeless? Otherwise I'll just have to snowboard it in the winter. They've had some decent tree runs in years past but I hope we get enough snow 23/24 to hit these singletrack areas

I honestly think it is! You'll need to stay on the green trails imo but you can definitely have fun!

I've seen people on full rigid 90s bikes at Snowshoe, which is way more gnarly. You'll be fine so long as you're strong on the bike.
