That is a dragonfly. It isn't a pest because it eats mosquitoes and other predators. They are pretty friendly. Dragonflys rarely pollinate flowers and Dragonflys have an abdomen, A thoraxa, and six legs, so it can be T Thorax is the section of an insect that can sometimes indistinguishable from the insects abdomen. However, in dragonflies, the thoraxas typically is larger than the abdomen which makes it easier to identify. The dragonfly's wings and legs are connected to its thorax which contains the flight muscles.

That is not a dragonfly. Dragon flies don’t have a very thin tail and they have very big eyes. I believe the bug in this video is a type of wasp called the long tailed giant ichneumon wasp.
