That's why the government prefers to give Chinese contractors most of these project. This contractor on Kangundo Road has barely done anything since 2019. Around the same time the Nairobi Expressway construction was being started, by the Chinese, and it's almost being completed. The Chinese contractor doing Eastern bypass dualing will also take 12 months on that project.
